Ever since the Supremes decided to overturn Seattle's school choice program, I've been rather too angry to post anything coherent. Thanks to Justice Breyer, now I don't have to. He summarizes his dissent here, and explains why this may in fact be one of the worst decisions in recent memory.

Very nice dissent there.
I have to say, I'm kinda of split on it. I can see how it would help, but I can also see how it could create some legal and logistical nightmares. Granted, I'm not familiar with the demographics in Seattle or Louisville having never even been through either town, but I could see those issues where such a program implemented here.
